Returns & Exchange
General Guidelines:
- Request Timeline: Initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchange Orders: Placed upon pickup of the returned item. If the chosen product is unavailable, our team will contact you for alternatives.
- Refunds: Only provided as Store Credit, issued after the order is picked up.
- Tags: Must be intact with the barcode sticker.
- Single Return Eligibility: Each order can be returned only once. Orders using Store Credit cannot be returned or refunded.
- Damaged/Defective Products: Report within 48 hours of delivery. Include images and details via the provided link for replacement, store credit, or a full refund.
Product Authenticity:
- Misprints and color differences from website images are considered signs of handcrafted authenticity and not defects.
Shipping Charges:
- Non-refundable under any circumstances.
Authority:
- The company holds the final decision-making authority in any case.
Return & Exchange Request Process:
- Email info@nuchic.in or call +91-9120180011 to request a return or exchange.
- State the reason for return and select the item, including images if damaged.
- A return pickup will be arranged within India.
- Ensure all tags and labels are intact and the product is unworn.
- Requests for orders placed using store credit will be rejected.
- Sale products are not eligible for return or refund.
Store Credit:
- Issued within 24 hours after the order pickup via email.
- Valid for a lifetime.
- Only for the sale amount of the returned products.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Orders:
- Customers bear shipping and customs charges for returns.
- No reverse pickups facilitated.
- Store credit or refund for the product value only.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Alternatively, return via someone traveling from your country to India.
- Report damaged merchandise with images to info@nuchic.in for a store credit or full refund.
Refunds:
- Timeline: 20-25 working days.
- Eligibility: Only for wrong or damaged products delivered. Other cases receive store credit.
- Process:
- Returns take 12-14 working days to reach the company.
- 1-2 working days for internal checks.
- 2-3 business days for internal processing.
- 2-3 business days for bank or portal processing.
- Charges: Rs.150 fee for money refunds, except for damaged products.
- COD Orders: Refunds to the customer’s bank account.
- Amount: Refund for the sale amount of returned products only.
- Shipping Costs: Non-refundable.
- Authority: Final decision rests with the company.
Third-Party Courier Service:
- While we aim to assist, certain issues may be beyond our control due to third-party courier service involvement. Contact information of the delivery executive is provided only to the recipient, limiting our intervention. Your understanding is appreciated in such cases.
