Returns & Exchange

 

General Guidelines:

  1. Request Timeline: Initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Exchange Orders: Placed upon pickup of the returned item. If the chosen product is unavailable, our team will contact you for alternatives.
  3. Refunds: Only provided as Store Credit, issued after the order is picked up.
  4. Tags: Must be intact with the barcode sticker.
  5. Single Return Eligibility: Each order can be returned only once. Orders using Store Credit cannot be returned or refunded.
  6. Damaged/Defective Products: Report within 48 hours of delivery. Include images and details via the provided link for replacement, store credit, or a full refund.

Product Authenticity:

  • Misprints and color differences from website images are considered signs of handcrafted authenticity and not defects.

Shipping Charges:

  • Non-refundable under any circumstances.

Authority:

  • The company holds the final decision-making authority in any case.

Return & Exchange Request Process:

  1. Email info@nuchic.in or call +91-9120180011 to request a return or exchange.
  2. State the reason for return and select the item, including images if damaged.
  3. A return pickup will be arranged within India.
  4. Ensure all tags and labels are intact and the product is unworn.
  5. Requests for orders placed using store credit will be rejected.
  6. Sale products are not eligible for return or refund.

Store Credit:

  • Issued within 24 hours after the order pickup via email.
  • Valid for a lifetime.
  • Only for the sale amount of the returned products.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Orders:

  1. Customers bear shipping and customs charges for returns.
  2. No reverse pickups facilitated.
  3. Store credit or refund for the product value only.
  4. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  5. Alternatively, return via someone traveling from your country to India.
  6. Report damaged merchandise with images to info@nuchic.in for a store credit or full refund.

Refunds:

  1. Timeline: 20-25 working days.
  2. Eligibility: Only for wrong or damaged products delivered. Other cases receive store credit.
  3. Process:
    • Returns take 12-14 working days to reach the company.
    • 1-2 working days for internal checks.
    • 2-3 business days for internal processing.
    • 2-3 business days for bank or portal processing.
  4. Charges: Rs.150 fee for money refunds, except for damaged products.
  5. COD Orders: Refunds to the customer’s bank account.
  6. Amount: Refund for the sale amount of returned products only.
  7. Shipping Costs: Non-refundable.
  8. Authority: Final decision rests with the company.

Third-Party Courier Service:

  • While we aim to assist, certain issues may be beyond our control due to third-party courier service involvement. Contact information of the delivery executive is provided only to the recipient, limiting our intervention. Your understanding is appreciated in such cases.
