We endeavor to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering the products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not offer refund on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with details of the order along with a picture of the product within 15 days of receiving your order. After acknowledging your email, our team will arrange for a reverse pickup at your address.
On receipt of the product and its successful confirmation by our team, we will provide your order value in your bank a/c (that mention in your payment detail)
If you wish to exchange the purchased product with another product from our online store, you need to place a new order for the item/ product desired in exchange.
2)EXCHANGING YOUR PRODUCT FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE:
Please visit the link Returns/Remake/Exchanges on our website with your order number or phone number within 15 days from the date of receipt of shipment / parcel stating the reason for exchange and selecting the size you wish to exchange it for.
After processing of return and receiving the returned product, a new order for the different size will be automatically placed and the shipping fee will be charged.
3)AMOUNT OF REFUND
Pre-Made or Ready to Wear Items: If you are not satisfied with our premade / ready to wear products / items, you may return the same within 15 days of receiving the parcel / shipment and get 100% refund of your “ Fully Paid’’ order value - applicable both to India and International orders. “ Unpaid” purchase orders will automatically get cancelled on your cancellation request through return window at our website or call to our customer care number @ +91 9120180011. or by sending an email to email@example.com before the parcel / shipment is out for delivery. A ‘cash on delivery’ order has to be cancelled strictly within 24 hours of the order being placed.
Custom-Made Items: If you wish to return / cancel your custom made products / items, the amount of refund would be subject to following conditions / stages of order process:
a)Custom made products when cancelled within 12 hours of order being placed are eligible for 100% refund.
b)Custom made products when cancelled after 12 hours of order being placed but before parcel / shipment is out for delivery are eligible for only 40% refund.
c)Custom made products cannot be cancelled once the parcel / shipment is out for delivery. However, if you are not satisfied with the customizations (fitting only), we are committed to offer you one alteration without asking any question provided you place the request within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
4)TIME FRAME FOR PROCESSING REFUNDS
Refunds for eligible items are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned product / item and its successful verification by our team. The refund amount will be credited through the mode of payment used by you for making payment. In case of COD orders, refunds will be credited to your Bank Account as per the details furnished by you .
5)SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS FOR RETURNED / CANCELLED PRODUCTS
a)A reverse pickup within India is allowed free of cost.
b)For International orders, the customer will need to send the product back to us and bear the shipping cost to and fro.
ADDITIONAL NOTE –
Please note slight variation in color of the product as seen on the screen and as seen physically, is possible as the image or photo and cloth are different mediums subject to different color sensitivities. Some products and colors also tend to look slightly brighter in photo than on the fabric.
As our products are genuinely hand – crafted slight irregularities in motif, texture or color are unavoidable. However, if the product has an actual and valid quality/manufacturing defect then we are liable to extend full refund or re-fulfilling of your order.
Please understand and acknowledge that we reserve the right to claim back any refund that has been processed by us as a result of fraudulent activities such as return of wrong products or wrong quantity of the products.
